Room Inclusions & Policies:
- All room rates include taxes and complimentary breakfast, unless a different meal plan is specified.
- Check-in is at 11:00 AM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability, with guaranteed options charged at half-day room rates.
Occupancy Rules:
- Each room accommodates a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child (under 12 years). One extra mattress is allowed per room.
- For families with 2 children (ages 5-12), one child will be charged for an extra mattress, while the other will be charged without it. Children under 5 without a mattress stay for free.
Meals & Supplements:
- Meal supplements cannot be adjusted or carried forward. Fixed menus may apply for lunch and dinner during low occupancy.
General Conditions:
- Room rates are subject to change without prior notice. Government tax hikes will apply to all services.
- All guests must present valid ID upon check-in. Any discrepancies between booking data and ID will be addressed accordingly.
- Extra charges for unbooked services will be collected by the front office.
Changes & Cancellations:
- In case of flight or sightseeing schedule conflicts, we reserve the right to amend the itinerary. Third-party services are subject to their terms, and we are not liable for damages caused by vendors.
- We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., cyclones, strikes, flight/ferry cancellations). If necessary, we will modify your itinerary without offering refunds or compensation.
- No refunds for unused services, including complimentary offers.
Special Events & Booking Policies:
- Christmas and New Year gala dinners are mandatory, with charges payable directly if not included in your package.
- Private ferry cancellations will be replaced with government ferry tickets. Room changes may occur due to overbooking or force majeure events.
- All bookings, cancellations, and refunds adhere to our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy. No refunds for no-shows due to flight or cruise cancellations.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within a set timeframe, depending on bank policies.
Legal & Dispute:
- All disputes are subject to Port Blair jurisdiction
