Booking Policy:
- Rooms will be held for a maximum of 48 hours, during which you must confirm the booking with an advance payment.
- An invoice with a payment link will be sent to you, allowing payment via Credit/Debit Card, E-Wallet, UPI, NEFT, IMPS, or RTGS.
- The booking will be confirmed upon receiving a 25% advance payment, and the final voucher will be issued after full payment, which must be made at least 5 days before check-in.
- For bookings made within 5 days of check-in, 100% advance payment is required for confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In case of cancellation being made by you:
- 0 to 10 days before check-in: 100% of the booking amount or advance paid will be forfeited.
- 11 to 30 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount or advance paid will be forfeited.
- More than 30 days before check-in: The advance paid will be fully refunded without forfeiture.
