Rooms are inclusive of all taxes and complimentary breakfast unless a supplementary meal plan is specified.
The check-in time is 12:00 PM and check -out time is 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out is subjected to availability of rooms.
Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged half day room rate.
A maximum of 3 Adults and 1 Child (less than 12 years) can be accommodated in a room.
Only 1 extra mattress will be allowed per room.
In case of a family with 2 children (between 5 -12 years), one child will be charged with mattress and the other will be charged without mattress.
Children below the age of 5 years without extra mattress are complimentary.
Meal supplements cannot be carried forward or adjusted with any other meals.
In case of low occupancy, fixed menus shall be extended for lunch and dinner in meal plans.
Rooms are non-transferable between people.
Rates are subjected to change without any prior notice.
For any hike in Govt. taxes, the same would be levied on all services wherever applicable
All travellers are supposed to produce their valid ID card (Aadhaar Card, Voter’s ID Card, Driving License or Passport) at the time of check -in and at various points of entries during day trips.
If any discrepancy is observed between the booking data and the ID cards at the time of check-in, the same shall be dealt accordingly and you’re advised to cooperate with us.
All extras that are not mentioned in your booking are on chargeable basis and any amount towards the same shall be collected by the front office or reservation office.
If flight is booked by you and it coincides with any acti vity / sightseeing, then in that case, we reserve our absolute right to modify / amend your day wise schedule and itinerary accordingly.
Some arrangements or parts of the tour are managed by third party vendors over which we have minimal or no control. The ir terms and conditions would be final and binding upon you. We shall not be held responsible for any damage, accident, injury or death caused due to negligence of the vendor involved.
We shall not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstance s beyond our control that includes but not limited to: Force Majeure events, cyclones, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic congestions, cancellation and re-routing of flights / ferries, closure of / entry restriction at a place of visit etc.
In such events, we shall make suitable arrangements by modifying / amending your itinerary / schedule and other services as deemed fit, but would not be liable for any refund / compensation claims arising out of it.
No refunds either in part or full shall be made for any unutilized service.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, if complimentary value add being offered by us is not availed by you, then there would be no refund for the same as it is provided on complimentary basis.
Mandatory Christmas and New Year Gala Dinner supplement is as per our hotel policy. If the same is not included in the package, then you will have to pay the charges directly at the hotel.
In case private ferry is not operational, then we would provide tic kets for govt.ferry.
We reserve our absolute right to change your room in case of over bookings or in situations of Force Majeure or events that are beyond our reasonable control.
All bookings made shall be in accordance with our ‘Terms & Condi tions’.
All cancellations and refunds of bookings shall be in accordance with the ‘Cancellation & Refund Policy’.
No refund shall be made in case of No-Show due to cancellation of flight / cruise.
By making payment for this booking, it implies that you’ve read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of working days (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) depending on Bank's processing time & working hours.
All disputes are subjected to Port Blair jurisdiction.
