Booking Policy:
- Rooms will be blocked up to a maximum of 48 hours, within which, you
need to confirm the same with an advance payment.
- An invoice along with a payment link shall be sent to you. Following that
link, you will be able to make a payment through Credit / Debit Card, E -
Wallet, UPI, NEFT, IMPS or RTGS.
- Your booking will be confirmed only on receipt of 25% advance payment
and final voucher will be issued on receipt of full payment that has to be
made at least 5 days before check-in.
- If the booking date is within 5 days of check -in, the booking will be
confirmed only with 100% advance payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In case of cancellation being made by you:
- Between 0 to 10 days from the date of check-in, 100% of the booking amount
shall be forfeited or advance paid shall be forfeited.
- Between 11 to 30 days from the date of check -in, 50% of the booking amount
shall be forfeited or advance paid shall be forfeited.
- Before 30 days from the date of check-in, the advance amount paid shall be
refunded in full without any forfeiture.
